Place

-Ardisia crenata 'Bospremium' likes to be situated in a light spot somewhere in your living room. Protect it against the full light of the sun, especially in the summer. It does not need too much light in order to flourish to its fullest potential. High humidity is beneficial to the growth of your plants. We do not recommend you place your plants directly above the radiators of your central heating.

Water and nutrition

-Water one’s a week. You could use a dish that collects the leaking water. It will not be a problem if the soil might dry a little between turns. The plant will show when it has not been given sufficient water through the tips of the leaves which will turn brown and the berries are going to shrink. After watering, make sure the roots aren’t left sitting in water.

Temperature

-Room temperature is just right for Ardisia, but it’s an easygoing plant that does well anywhere between 5 and 30°C. In warmer countries, it can even thrive outside on a sheltered patio — just keep it out of direct sunlight.
